Research Interests:

I am interested in computational systems biology with a focu on spatial transcriptomics, multi-omics data integration, and the development of computational methods to study cell-cell communication and changes in tissue microenvironments with disease. 

My long-term goal is to use data driven approaches to better understand disease biology and identify mechanisms that can inform therapeutic strategies.
