Research Interests:
I'm interested in computational immunology, using structural, sequence and function-informed modeling alongside single-cell analysis to study how variation shapes immune regulation, recognition and behavior. I want to take a systems level approach, by connecting molecular and cellular changes to broader patterns in immunity and eventually develop methods that can support translational applications.
